Searching for Fortnite Unban Method

Hello,

im searching for a Fortnite unban method. I already bought a new SSD reinstalled windows, but I’m still banned. I now don’t know what I can do to unban me. I also created a new account but I still get kicked out of the bus.

Maybe one of you does know what to do.
