private server ?

is kalonline dead ?
thinking about creating new private server but not sure if there's enough players around ?
also looking for someone who can help me with some ideas and ingame support

there some still playing , but you really need a good ideas to make a server that will make everyone come to u , and for sure stable with no bugs at all , and the donation gear part for me is a bad idea , a lot of players leaves servers because of pve and donation set that make people unstoppable in cw and assassin mode, (and for sure admin giving stuff and stats points for his friends)

iam planning for an mid/high rate server included some new unique systems based on players ideas , maybe new effects / skills / stuffs
and about the donation gear i agree with you it's really bad point for server to be "pay to win" but i think an rent normal gear is fair enough to keep server on for abit long time

i agree with u for the rent system , its cool and the best parts you need is alot of GM events like h&s , boss event , pick up event , and for sure last man standing with good prize ( last man standing for different levels like 50~60 ,60~70 etc , and 1 last man standing for all players once a week) , btw if u needed any help maybe i can help u

well so lets say i would create an server like this
5 characters , 2017 engine included all systems
but it's really boring and hard to work alone i may finish everything in de , coding alone but about the ingame support it will be hard for me so i would ask for someone to join me
also i would create a form on the server website to collect more suggestions for new systems , and also new areas
going to create some new armors with stunning effects since kalonline is missing this part
and about the rates iam planing to create smth with mixed rate maybe start with a high rate then decrease the rates using gaps , it will be an high/ mid rate server with reborn system
maybe creating some new gears and weapons
if someone interested to join the team it would be great
the only req is english lang + gameplay experience

Just dont. Already the fact that u think rent gear even if its normal gear is fine tells me that u dont know anything about the community

sorry but i don't get the point
about the rent gear , is it a bad point to add normal gear which already dropping as rent

yes it is as kalonline is a grinding game, and there is no point anymore to play if u can buy the parts u should get with grinding.
this is just as on int, p2w.

well iam with you guys about the sellable gears , but to be honest there's no much players around and to start a server you have to pay at least 70~100€ monthly for the host
with low amount of players and donation you wont be able to cover the payments

U are so wrong.. there are people that donate 200+ on every server

despended on the players amount , and right now kalonline got 70% of egyptian players who's looking for free stuffs

so if you wont pay them , they wont join , so you are losing the players amount
thats how many server fails , if you refused to be corrupted your server wont be on for long time no one like to play an empty servers , and the real developers refuse to be corrupted
thats why many shitty servers are on and have the big load of players inside
