l2walker

When i try use the l2walker, i ever get this message when my char try to atk a mob "Korean Message"
i logged in the server with other account and i can see my char (logged in l2walker) runing in mobs, staying at side of the mob but dont atk, than run away to other mob.. staying a side, and dont atking, and in the L2walker show me this message... "Korean Message" .. i translated it to "Surpasses the time.." or something.. can any1 help me?
