Socket Item Timings?

Anyone found out the timings for socketing items?
Anyone knows if Elite+++ Items can be infused with sockets?

Yes i've taken a look at it 1st before i posted this.
The Thread did not say anything about Elite items onli :
"Item qualities effect time range~
1. normal magical item - 9:45 PM~9:50 PM
2. ref magical item - 9:49 PM~9:54 PM"

It is also from CO main, however i am not sure if it is for CO2 becaause there may have been a time chnge. The Times for the Sockets did not say about GMT+?? timing...

Summary:
-> I don't know if the timngs are CO1 or CO2
->The info did not include elite+ items

So i'm asking... Please pardon my rudeness...
