Help with windows opacity

Hey ePVPs.
My windows are in low opacity:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

This is an example, also the Inventory, Skills, Stats and etc... some one knows the problem?

Click Start then go to Option and go to Game/Audio tab and look for "Translucency" then uncheck it if its checked
