I need help running Global Manger and the rest

Hello guys I'm new and I want to play my own server. I already have the files but when I run Global Manager and the rest it wont go through. It will automaticlally close or hang up. Can you advice me on this?

Try to change your Windows DEP settings, spoof the global manager ip with srspoof or so !

It may be necessary to add a DEP as it may be that ID is not letting it run change the IP of Global with srPatcher

add it to DEP (all) & check ini files setting
