[Help]Please help me , metin mainquests

I posted 3 times and no one helped me! i hope this time someone can help me!
I want to translate all metin quests in english or other language,(i know i mast go in rain/......./quests) but i dont know how to translate them!please if somebody can to give me metin2quests to download..or..

Please help me

Even if in german I can translate them after

But in wierd language to chinese then portuguese ou english it doesnt work
