I removed that from source __NEW_PROP_PARAMETER and edited propitem , propskill , and worldserver crash , someone know?

__NEW_PROP_PARAMETER is for v16+
Spec_Item have additional parameter. try to delete "=" at the end of propItem. same with other files i guess. check your error it will show your where the problems are.
