Issue with a avatar's *HAT*

Hey guys i got an issue with a HAT on my custom NPC that i placed in one of the cities; The issue is that when ever i try to buy a HAT (more specific *SteamPunk's HAT*) it switches to the Countess HAT... So if anybody knows anything about why this is happening please let me know.

Wrong *.bsr file on the item's model-path.
Recheck that one.

Other than that, if the *.bsr file is correctly named, the links inside that .bsr-file might be corrupt/wrong.

Maybe one of those:
  • Your database's refshopgoods is different from media's.
  • Your refscrapofpackageitem item linking is messed up.
  • Your refpackageitem icons/names are messed up.
  • There's something messed up with your group.
