How to change skill class

I tried the latest tool RHSkill Editor, it's work fine for only swapping image effect icon (above). But the skill still on the treeskill i thought its already changed all.
Ex.
CS change to Taunt
Taunt effect still CS not taunt.

hard-coded into CRaceSkill class in rohan client
