Try them. I will recommend you if you don't have problem with pixelbots S-bot.
Exo bot on killing NPCs is still experimental and not so good.
Don't try toshinou you will propably be banned.
On the other hand, If you are willing to pay 15 euros for one month buy Vertex Bot. If you use it 24/7 then you will become UFE quickly ;)
