Hack Defender

I dont know if this has been fixed or even completely confirmed, but im sure you have all heared that sony rootkit seemed to be a decent bypass of warden. Now, it seems many people have not been able to get a hold of sony rootkit.

So i ask, why not use a differnt rootkit? Possibly one intended in hiding game cheating programs?

Well i was able to find Hack defender, and its apparently one of the better rootkits, offering powerful hiding abilities.

Unfortunatly, this is as much as i know, and when i came to downlaoding the program i had no idea how to use it safely - even the readme was hard to understand ^^.

So im not sure if any of you have seen this before, or tried it, or completely ruled it out as it does not offer needed invisability. But, hopefully this has been overlooked, and one of you can explian a way to use this, in hope it will work.

i'm not sure but i thought the rootkits only hide the bwh_loader. But bwh has to inject WoW, that's the prob

Its not just a rootkit though, the readme states some of its features, i can post the website if any of u cant deduct it from the downlaod link i gave you ^^, but it explians what it does on there.

While im clueless as to what it can hide in all, i am hoping someone can find out.

P.S Windows will detect this as a virus/trojan, aint a thing anyone can do about that.

Mein Deutsch ist sehr schlecht.
Niemand hat noch geprüft - mich muss helfen, Arbeit zu machen

also wen mir wer erzählen könnte was das auf deutsch bedeutet würd ich es gerne testen ^^

wenn die syntax zum hiden $sys$bla.exe ist
dann wird jetzt z.b. bla.exe gehidet.
nennt ihr die dll $sys$bla.dll
und injected diese in wow
sollte sie ebenfalls vom rootkit gehidet werden.
muesst nur den injector neu compilieren bzw mit nem hexeditor bearbeiten sodass er die dll findet wenn ihr den namen geaendert habt.

bzw.
wenn ihr ne exe vor wow hiden wollt.
entzieht wow die debug privilegien und macht mit hilfe eines tools so das eure exe nur mit debug priviliegien behandelt werden darf ( readprocessmemory,.... usw)

denke das sollte gehen sofern ich ned falsch liege

Achtung leute Dll würd ich als Hohes Risiko kennzeichen !!
Ich habs durch verschieden Virus scanns laufen lassen u.
Norton hat folgendes gefunden:
driver.sys
rdrbs100.exe
hxdef100.exe
hxdOFena.exe
bdcli100.exe

Alle samt Backdors und Troja´s also

rootkits werden immer von viren scannern als trojaner angezeigt^^

Aufgrund der tatsache das man mit ihnen zb. viren und so weiter verstecken kann....
kuck dir auch mal die nahmen der "trojaner" an sie haben den gleichen namen wie der/das rootkit

Mag schon sein dennoch zu gefährlich unbekanntes nicht getestetes prog das neu hier ist.
Drum lieber vorsicht, wär meine meinung.

LoL Norton wenn ich den Namen schon höre.
Legt euch mal professionelle Anti-Viren Software zu und nicht so Schrott.

Hab damit rumprobiert und was ich geschafft habe ist das wenn man z.b. den BWH ordner bei der Inifile hinzufügt und HXD startet der bwh ordner nicht mehr sichtbar ist, was das jetzt in Verbindung mit Warden bedeutet ist mir allerdings noch unklar.
