[Problem]Problem with metin server!help

Hello please can someone help me ! i have metin private server and the quests/npc names are in chinese please can someone help me and tell me how can i translate them?
I open FileZilla and /usr/rain/channel/share_data/locale/hongkong/quest
And they all are like ±q²{¦b°_,±z*̳£¶}©l¶i¤J¨ì¾Ôª§ can someone help me ?
