ECSRO for ever DOWN? help!

Ecsro is down since 05.02.2010 i think .. im scared if ecsro is down for ever many people says that the server would be down other people says that its an inspection but ecsro team dindt tell us anything pls anyone know 100% what happened with the server and when he will come back online??
