Starting client problem

I haven't played sro for a year then I downloaded 3 different sro but 2 of them got the same problem when Im starting the client(by the original launcher).

It shows some thai words. At first server I have to hit the ok twice but the another at least 10 times.

Can anyone help me how can I solve this?

can you use Windows explorer ? without 3rd party programs like total com.. that you're using now

I gave try in windows explorer (also run as administrator) and same problem

i didn't see anything like that before
but try to install DirectX & Net Framwork in case u dont have it...

i sayed you on the ticket system try to use winrar
or something with your windows is wrong

I've never seen the problem before because you're the first one

Already done it.
Extracted the files by winrar but still the same problem
