Error: Error Code (3)

Hello everyone.

Yesterday I tried to play again Silkroad Online in a new PC with Win 10.
Once I downloaded it, I started to update it, but suddenly an error appeared called:

[ Patching has not finished. Please try again. [Error Code (3)]]

I tried several times by exiting and re-opening, and No, I don't have the TempPath Folder because I already deleted it (Once I had the same error, but now this didn't fix it.)

Is it because I have Win 10 and is doesn't run Silkroad? or is it another problem?
