@Nιgнтмαяε why we should put the DB password in the .ini files? I have a v17 (GoH) with VS 2003 and the DB password is not required.

I guess this is a matter of personal preference. Simply nerf the password in the ini and it should work fine i suppose.

The correct order is:
Account
Database
Core
Certifier
Login
Cache
World
