TLDF; Account was stolen after i stopped playing rust, person got it banned and as a result i am HWID banned and looking for cheap spoofer.

Hey guys so one of my accounts legitimately got stolen a while back just after i stopped playing rust (i didnt have steamguard it was a purchased account) and someone cheated on it and i ended up getting banned, i didnt have my account for about 4 months and i didnt play in that time, and yes i have cheated but the last time i cheated was about 3 months before i stopped playing RUST and lost my account, so whoever had the account got it banned and as a result my PC also got banned and now im wanting to play rust again but can't as im HWID banned, came back on a fresh account, played 9 hours before getting banned now im banned after 2 minutes and am looking for a spoofer thats not $300USD........Can anybody help me?

I also contacted support to explain it all except for me cheating, they can get all the proof of someone else getting the account because of different IP's and shit, so also hoping they remove my info from their system like i've heard some people say.

Are you sure that after someone get banned on your account, your hwid will be flagged, not that person's? Best way to spoof your hwid is to buy cheap hdd and install new windows on it.

Bullshit story. Anyway look up for Evil cheats and apply for the spoofer if you get accepted you can buy a hwid spoofer

I was waiting months and got accepted finally so i can play again but im not bullshitting i stopped playing everything on steam, I was playing nothing but R6S (uplay version) and fortnite and then when i came back i had no access to the account....I got in after verifying some shit with steam like purchases and stuff and the email got it changed, why would i not admit to cheating on my own account and getting it banned? Shit i cheated on R6S, even ran a neato boosting service and made some moneys.
