does it drop in any where in taklamakan? like general mobs lvl 80? or stop at specific lvl ? what lvl if so?

Only mobs until level 70 or 72 (I do not remember :D) drop these things.
Bone soldiers should be the last mobs in Taklamakan who drop these.
