Do you have activated and ran the windows service "MSDTC" ?

1. Windows Key + R
2. Type in services.msc
3. Look for "Distributed Transaction Coordinator"
4. Double Click on it
5. Start type has to be: "Automatic (Delayed)"
6. If Service status is "Stopped", then click on "Start"
