Ad removal tool!

Don't care for those stupid ads?

Just put this in your INI folder in your CONQUER directory and run Install.bat

You will have to rerun this after every patch.

Yes just at the login screen.

You need not rerun it after every patch unless it shows up again.

Could also replace the advertations with something useful.

with useful links instead of advertisements.

Here's how to get it in:


Go to the folder where you installed ConquerOnline.

Open the ..\ini\ folder

Open the file common.ini

Scroll down, there you should see:
  • [ServerAdv]
    800x600=http://account.conqueronline.com/enzf/split/ServerAdv.txt
    1024x768=http://account.conqueronline.com/enzf/split/ServerAdv1024.txt


Change that to:
  • [ServerAdv]
    800x600=http://www.freewebs.com/conquerads/ServerAdv.txt
    1024x768=http://www.freewebs.com/conquerads/ServerAdv1024.txt


You might have to re-apply this after every patch,
save this somewhere in a .txt file to speed that up.

Tested it all, everything works fine. The links work for every server and take you to the right place. I seriously like this :D
