(Help) Question about edit skill?

Sorry because of my English.
I want to make a server cap 60.
I want to edit skill SKILL_CH_BOW_POWER_B have some effect same SKILL_CH_BOW_POWER_C like Stunt, increase crit, increase shot range.
It works when i edit in database _Refskill, but when i edit in media.pk2 skilldata_5000enc.txt i have crash game after start character.
I can chane % damage in pk2 side (example: 350% -> 700%) but Stunt, crit and shot range is not.
Please teach me what i wrong? Thanks bro!

and this tool to decrypt skilldata_5000enc.txt for edit

edit decrypted file then encrypt edited file by above tool.

I only look to know code of effect.

The tool i used for encrypt is too old, yours is best :D
