There is some 7.x server and all of them is emty hard,low rates are got even less interesting by ppls(so i don't think anyone gonna host server for like 10 player and 5 after some weeks), there isn't enought player for project like this or basically anything else.
Rappelz is death and pservers are even more, sad but true (more than 60% of community are already did move to other games).

This 6.1 server has a good amount of players online.
But most of them are russian tho and dont speak englisH :( However theres a few english speaking people.
And some people might not like how the Cash shop works. HV (you can get a +35% p atk, matk etc. stats buff there) is only obtainable with donation coins. Well the conversion from the russian currency to $ / € is pretty cheap tho so it woujldnt be expensive). Later on you could sell your rupee for coins.

if you mean summoner classes , Master Breeder is buffed Glacial Whorl dmg increased , creature mastery skill is capped at lvl 50 now , you can buy buff scrolls for pets from HV for summoner classes only and all buffs from HV too for petsQuote:
