How To make a Server

Hi all i need help how to make a ep 4,5/5 server with files and setups. want have classic items and not so high or low exp rate
And what for system req u for hold a stable server.

minimum for a stable server
-processor?
-RAM memory?
-Intern memory?
-graphiccard?

Shaiya is an old game, with a very very old graphics engine, (DirectX 9), so any PC from today will run it, with just internal graphics card.

And almost any VPS you can hire, will run the server. As I said, it's a very old game, so you won't have 500 players online, just a few, and for that there's no need of big cpu/ram.
