Read before purchasing any hacks

Do not buy from new users. If they have 0 feedback, don't buy from them.
The moderators or this section are completely useless and don't do anything, that's why so many scammers are getting away with taking your money. Would not recommend purchasing any hacks from anyone with less than 10 feedback and a long time user otherwise you have a 99% of getting scammed.

You can actually ask for proof, and not just give him the money, I'd never trust anyone in the Internet that much, unless he's well known for being legit.
I saw you post in the Thread where the guy sold "cheats".
The Moderators will hopefully respond and IP-Ban this guy.

I think using common sense will help you in the long run, always be skeptical. TopiCx they take forever even in complaint area. The only thing they seem to be good at is moving threads.
