mouse not clicking in game screen

I am trying to make a simple script that restores worker stamina in a game called black desert online. for some reason when I'm on the bdo screen it doesn't recognize any clicks I make. ive tried pyautogui with sleep in between the click and release, as well as direct keys found here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].
I am not sure what else to try, if you have suggestions I would appreciate it

I think black desert has antihack, so sendmessage / postmessage may be hooked.

The black desert sub forum. I just want literally even a single left click every 30 min would suffice.

Haven't done much hooking I wonder which direction I should go in?

If i'd have to guess, i'd say they have an anticheat and those in the forum figured out how to bypass it.

Blocking simple stuff like WinAPI mouse events is no wizzardry, but rather the bare minimum (and therefore the simplest) an anticheat should provide.

A simple way to bypass such a limitation would be to connect an usb-to-usb cable (both ends connected to the PC) to your PC, and emulate the hardware behavior of a mouse on this cable. This should be impossible to detect for any anticheat. But i guess there are also some software ways to bypass the anti cheat

Otherwise you have to find out for yourself how to bypass the anticheat. Maybe it has whitelisted files or something like that
