Also just can recommend this, works nice and gives a good advantage.

Yes, it does. UltimateVision is a external overlay and only zooms in on your game window. Your game still "thinks" that nothing is zoomed in, so the recoil behaviour will be exactly the same and you will still be able to use macros/scripts with it! :)

Is it undetected for BattleEye too?

It is undetected on Battleye (but not working for PUBG, if that's your next question). :)

Any chance you could provide some screenshots or video of how the Hawk Eye Mode looks like at darkest point of night in Rust whilst looking at players about 50m~ away?
