Best is add a new seal
Example
1st step-: go to sro_vt_shard->tables->_RefSetItemGroup
Add a new row with the following contents

You can edit ITEM_08_C_SHIELD and SN_ITEM_13_C_SHIELD if you want.
2nd step-: open media->server_dep->silkroad->textdata->refsetitemgroup.txt
and paste this (You have to edit ID ofc and codename in case you edited it in the line above)

Then open media->server_dep->silkroad->textdata->textdata_equip&skill
and paste this

Edit Plasma with your seal name.
Done, A new seal has been added. Now if you want to add it to any item, go to _refobjitem-> column SetID, change 0 or whatever the old value was to your seal id, media edit required (Use _GetMediaLines procedure)
ps: this guide was made for beginners who don't know how to add a new seal
