Being banned constantly.

So I am using a cheat but some other users of the cheat are not banned. But I am. Is it possible for PUBG to target me? IF so how do I avoid it?

I have g otten banned on probably like 20+ accounts now.

BE is tracking your Windows build ID and some specifc Hardware IDs from your PC. I recommend going for a full Windows reinstall (not only the Windows files, but a full clean one) and then search for a HWID spoofer (there is some offered on epvp here) and use that. You should also, if you have a static IP, look for a IP-changer.
Basically your only chance if you don't wanna buy a new PC ;P

P.S. to avoid stuff like this, don't go full rage-hack mode. It usually ends like this ^

Try a better cheat. It's probably detected.

try playing without cheat and see if you get rekt. if you do then you are hwid bannwd, even though i havent heard of anyone getting banned that way. i know they implemented hwid reg but i dunno about bans. you arw maybe getting bans cuz you use cheat on new acc and getting good scores on fresh acc gets theircattention and manual review. i would delete all files related to pubg, including program files and all TEMP files. if that doesnt work, format your pc i lnow it helped some users who got banned alot
