[Necessary] help cooltime problem

i used this link

to create a globla cooltime, but when i do, it works perfect but if i teleport the cooltime will be reseted, so how can i fix that ? or lets forgot about this topic and bring my question here,
how can i add cooltime to Global/Revers/RessScroll ?
