Zula has a lot of random spread on every weapon (weapon randomly shooting in any direction next to your crosshair). You can't control that with a (bloody) macro. You can only write macros which help you dragging down your mouse a little (even tho I don't see any sense in that, because there is almost no vertical recoil in Zula).

Just google how to write .amc macros or search for free ones on the web. You are able to re-use them in the bloody software (yes, bloody can read and convert .amc macros).
