Yes, he's referring to the chest, shoulder parts and head piece clipping through the dress.

There are "attachable overlap descriptions" in the resource (*.bsr) of each character and item, but those are unlikely to be changed here.

Your best bet is to play around with the charactervisualchange.txt, which I'm not familiar with.

vsro188 cant use .bsr on trade item.

it can done by adding a fake skill for each suit in order to show the full suit

Greetings, There are 2 ways to basically solve your issue, First method is by creating a skill and adding the .bsr into charactervisualchange.txt, as well as giving that specific line an offset in-order to hide every single mesh.
Method number two, Which is a little bit harder however more efficient and much smoother, You will have to create a new .bsr that basically hides those specific parts of mesh in it. Yes, The .bsr contains those information, which parts to hide and which parts to not.
