Hi! I was wondering where can I fix this set effect doubled?

you can fix it by learning instead of just copying :)

Take your time and search the file that contain set effects.

I use a clean resource like v15 source. But it still showing a doubled set effect. And I tried to make only one code in propItemEtc but it still doubled. And I tried to search propItemEtc in source and I found the LoadPierce and get a clean code and not working too. I have no idea where to search again. I just need a ideas not hatred comments.

use CTRL + F and compare :)
