I added it in discord, he sent me a payment format which I had to pay, when I paid it, he gave me the account and instructions on how to change the mail and password

SCAM. Im guessing the one guy saying its legit is a fake account. Added matix, got an invoice, paid it, then he deletes all his prior messages and blocks me and discord. Used Paypal though, go to refund and he disputes saying it was a 3 hour coding project and i was the scammer, which is hilarious because his invoice explicitly says login and password for an account to be exchanged. Picture below. Mods mark this guy as scum.

The discord link he post is different from the discord linked on his website, which he also posts. Its a fake discord with a fake chat history to seem legit. The real one with his real account you can access from his website, where he brags about scamming people. Lmao, this guy
