Visual Parts Manager not working.

As stated in the title, the Visual Parts Manager never launches, the blue loading icon appears for half a second, then nothing happens. I tried launching in various compatibility modes and administrator mode, nothing has helped. I'm running Windows 10 version 1803.

if i understand right...the visual parts manager (online version) doesn't work anymore. if its the one from vitaleks..i dont know the exact reason,maybe his server is down

Visual Installer is not working anymore because vitaleks web is down and I talked with him about. His response is "nfs world is officially down :)"

I understand. It's sad to see a such useful tool go, but there is nothing we can do I guess.
