problem with Angel's Spirit

i just added Angel's Spirit to my server but i have 1problems with it
i will explain with example

this is the perfect one+3 2 buffs:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
this is the problem one+3 1 buff:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

please help me to solve this
