Looking for a High ranked Darkorbit acc on dead server

Im looking for a High ranked(atleast basic colonel or colonel) Darkorbit acc on dead server .I dont care what designs have or not,or its not upgraded

I can pay 80€ max on paypal + BF1 origin acc( i spent about 15+ hrs on BF1..)

I have a general with 16million uri and all maxed, alot of ammo, all ships 800oil all designs. 8+euro and bf1 wont give you shit. bf1 you can buy for 2euro on plati.ru and 80euro :kappa:
