Can I get Banned for this ?

You all know maybe that some people are selling vbucks with a special method to get cheap vbucks. I wanted to give my account my cousin he is living in a another country when he buys the vbucks for me there and then logs out and I log in. Can I get banned for that ? Because the people who sell vbucks cheaper do like the same thing just a bit different.

Probably YES, because this would be "Accoutn Sharing" and this isnt allowed.
But i dont think that Epic Controll things like this (i dont hear smthng about it).

Example:

What if my brother lives in Brazil and I live in Germany and I visit him at some point.
I would obviously take my PS4 with me, am I allowed to buy vbucks in Brazil then?

Technically that would be allowed, cause you actually lived there at the moment you bought the vBucks.

The flight to Brazil costs more than the few Euros you invest here in VBUCKS. All jokes aside: You can get banned, yes. If you are planning a vacation and want to buy VBUCKS there, you can contact the support before to avoid problems.
