You Need
Trayne01 Release for SQL 2012 he made a itemmall.dll for SQL 2012 !
NOTE: Will work with sql server 2012 or later (using SQLNCLI11 provider), you must have an account named Shaiya with Shaiya123 password on your local SQL server iinstance or it will not working (I will delete this stupid obligation later) but you can edit the password using HxD. Then Search for "Shaiya123" as unicode string.
