e*pvp - Photo of the Month #24

1. Teilnehmer dürfen nicht für eigene Bilder voten. Betrug im Sinne von Anstiftung/Bettelei zu/um Vote führt zur Disqualifikation.
2. Höhe und Breite des Bildes dürfen vom Teilnehmer frei gewählt werden; es gelten Mindestmaße von 628x264 Pixeln.
3. Das Teilnahme-Bild sollte via [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] hochgeladen werden und muss vom Teilnehmer selbst fotografiert worden sein. Collagen aus mehreren Bildern sind nicht erlaubt.
4. Metatags, die von der Kamera automatisch gesetzt werden, dürfen in der Foto-Datei nicht entfernt werden.
5. Wenn ihr eure Bilder in JPEG aufnehmt, dürft ihr diese nur rudimentär bearbeiten. Äquivalent dazu dürft ihr eure RAW-Bilder nur in RAW entwickeln (-> siehe Hinweis)
6. Das Geben von Thanks auf Vote-Postings ist, falls diese Art des Votings zum Einsatz kommt, zu unterlassen.
7. Eingereichte Fotos gelten nur für einen Wettbewerb. Danach dürfen sie nicht zu weiteren Wettbewerben eingesendet werden.
8. Mit der Teilnahme räumt ihr elitepvpers die räumlich, zeitlich und inhaltlich unbeschränkten, nicht ausschließlichen Nutzungsrechte einschließlich dem Recht zur Bearbeitung (insbesondere Ausschnitte des Fotos oder Einbinden von Texten) an den eingesandten Bildern ein. Ihr stimmt zu, dass die Bilder zum Zwecke der Präsentation und/oder Promotion auf elitepvpers und den Sozialen Netzwerken (Facebook und Twitter) veröffentlicht werden dürfen.

1. You must not vote for yourself or get others, for example by bribery, to vote for yours. If something like that is revealed, all involved persons will be disqualified!
2. The height and width may be chosen freely, but it must be 628x264 at least! The winner's artwork will be cut to these dimensions.
3. The picture has to be taken by yourself. Your photograph can also be done before the competition (e.g. it's in your archive).
4. Metatags which your camera automatically set must not be deleted
5. If you shoot your pictures in JPEG you're only allowed to edit them rudimentary. Equivalent to shooting in RAW you're only allowed to develop them in RAW (-> see advice).
6. Every participant is allowed to enter with one single image (therefore e.g. mashup of pictures is forbidden)
7. Giving thanks on voteposts is prohibited.
8. If, according to my opinion, your photo is missing the point to the current topic, I will indicate you that, so you may create a new one. If not so, you will be disqualified for this POTM. This rule will only become effective by extreme disregard of the topic, intentionally or unintentionally.
9. From now on you may upload your artworks only at our image-hoster, [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].
10. Once you are about to send me your finished artwork, also add the basis of it; thus the stock or cutout.
11. Obvious "troll"-contributions won't be accepted.
12. Every picture will be checked for plagiarism via Google. If it's likely that we'll find your picture on the internet (e.g. you uploaded it to your portfolio/flickr etc.) you should inform me about that and we'll check if everything is correct.
13. Your submitted image is only valid for one competition. After that you are not allowed to submit it to further contests.
14. With your participation in the contest you hereby grant elitepvpers a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence including the modification (cut-outs and text overlays) in all media (elitepvpers homepage, Facebook, Twitter) for any use connected to presentation and/or promotion of this contest/website.
