need updated files to soulless killers unedited chinese zero files

okay so i know this entire zero online private server forum is litterally dead and rarely anyone checks it, but if anyone has gotten play.exe to work from the client files please comment here or upload it on here, because mine does not work at all. unless im missing visual C++ libraries to run the applicatuon, please explain to me what i need to run it. i only had 2 visual C++ versions on my pc so i dont know which versions he had when he uploaded or created or whater with the client files.

but this client in Vietnamese or something and why does it say zero offline, does it really run offline ? i could not find any servers files in it.

Good thing is that this client actually runs but would need help changing it to english ;)
