Stupid question about DEV and GM characters

Hi guys sorry for the stupid question. I was able to set up my server running and able to login n create character but when i went into SQL management to change my character name to DEV or GM i wasn't able to log back ingame it give an error message

but then i remove the GM name i was able to log back into game as normal. Does anyone have any idea what going on. I would greatly appreciated.

clearly says you cant log in because your ip isnt whitelisted.

I posted a way to remove it completely, search through my posts. or you can add your ip to one of the files in dekaronserver folder (iplist? or sth, not sure, I dont use it)

go to Dekaronserver folder find IPlist and add your ip what you use to connect if inside of your loginlist and channel is internal ip like 127.0.0.1 then use this internal ip if Other like 192.168.x.x then put this IP inside IPlist.csv file
