Here's something I've done to get a couple of darkrobes...
first get 5 thanksgiving bags and nothing else in your inventory.
Go to the spot where the guard is suppose to spawn, right of the shopkeeper and left of the artisanwind. It's kinda hard to explain. Ya there should be a guard there, so if u get there then ur under a guard. But if the guards are somewhere else, then you won't be sitting under the guard.
Now wait for the server time to be xx:13 (don't ask why) Keep checking the time at xx:12, and make sure you open the bag the second it hits xx:13.
(the time i used was 07:13)
You should set your bags on F1 or some shortcut keys. Your first bag should give you the dark robe, if they don't you can try your other bags.
You should get a DarkRobe, and I think this only works once on each person.
