I have taken up a new MacBook and it has only been three days but I think ever since I have bought it that the screen reflects different colours, sa if there is a slash or break on the screen. I have already approached #deleted but it has been to no avail. can anyone help me?

Reset > Sell/Junk it > Learn your lesson "Don't buy Apple laptops again". Their customer service really sucks plus the laptops aren't that good, I'd rather buy windows gaming laptops or so..

What did the Apple support say? Did they refuse to repair it? Are such defects covered under warranty in Australia?

MacBooks have different qualities than gaming notebooks and thus target different customers. If a Windows gaming notebook fits your needs, you would indeed be wrong to buy a MacBook. On the other hand, if a MacBook fits your needs, buying a gaming notebook would be a mistake just as awful.
