Metin2 server opening

Im interested to know did it's allowed to open metin2 server and publish him?
My question did i will get punish or etc from metin2 original game owners?

No one will punish you. The CM of metin2 already said if you are anonymous they can't do anything.

So im able to open my server and i ve been anonymous and i will not have problems about something by the owners or etc...?
