My sever lagging

is any1 else sever is lagging cause my sever or its just me laggin ona nd off first my ping me 300 and jump to 1k just stand where no one is i dont know what to do. i refomatted my computer and re download co and still laggin can some1 with same problem please tell me how they fixed it. im running windows 7 64 bit

What's your up/down speed.

my internet speed is 7mb. well i just test my download speed and now it says 3mb it really surpose 7mb

if your net is 7mb,your download speed should be 875 kbps,
and Its nothing got to do with you if your server is laggy,IF your downloading somthing or watching videos on the net while playing CO ,it will lag your server even if your net speed is 70 mb,Why there is a reason,no time to explain,just make sure when ur playin co you dont download anything or watch anything and make sure no1 is using your net

logg outoff msn if your useing that.
Msn is connection to a Server and it makes your internett slow.

i have a 54 MB internett and it lags if im on msn
