Decrypt game.exe

Hello.
I would like to start developing the 7EP server files, and I ran into the first issue - game.exe (7.3EP), I can not decrypt it and change the IP address. I used various tools and programs, but I did not succeed. I hope you will help me.

Just put this file (gsConfig.cfg) to your client.
You can change IP via notepad.
