[QUESTION] all of you have a level in skill?

i have work hard on skill..but my problem is how to make a level..??
like u can see like thunder skill with level 1 it has a lower thunder but the level 3 is so big thunder..i make a devine skill that look like ice..but the skill doest change after level up?

im pretty sure the skill changes slightly ... i may dig out the files to show you soon ... but look at your magictype.ini and you might see the difference there
