banning scammers faster

hello,
i recently saw lot of people in this forum with high tbm +100 and more than 10 negative tbm.
Most of the people they scammed have proof of the scam but this cases are not treated fast enough or not at all
this delay give them enough time to scam new people coming into this forum unaware of some credibility criteria thus giving a bad image of the forum. i saw lot of threads in other forum claiming elitepvpers is a forum of scammers even high tbm users here are not trusted.
so i suggest to put more people into treating this cases of scam faster

I would suggest that people would Receiver an automatic Trader Restriktion after getting 3,4 or 5 -tbms.

We liked this idea and decided on a solution we'll add to the roadmap.
Automatic warning for 4 negative ratings in two weeks, 5 in one week qualifies for an automatic trade restriction. The warning would be displayed on the BM profile.
