Looking for Veterans

Hello,

I've been away for a bit due to my exams and college. Figured out that college life sucks. I've been more into C and JAVA and also gained some new cool experiences in C# too. Anyway, WHY AM I SAYING THIS USELESS STUFF?

I have decided to give Conquer a last shot before leaving it once and for all by starting a new classic server. As I can see that ConquerGods are on the lead but I'd like to compete with them. Maybe I'm not as good as Nusku is but why dont we try?

What do I do?

I'll be taking care of the development mainly using C# and I can do some work on the client too (not design or any graphical mods). I mean like the protection, extra features and so on but I'm not that good with it. I am also a web developer.

Anyway what i need is

I would like to know if anyone is interested to join by giving suggestions or w/e and how would you like the game as a veteran! So if any of the Veterans around still interested in a Classic Server that you
might have ideas for you can PM me for contact details.

Sorry for bothering you people.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE RUDE. IF YOU DON'T CARE JUST LET IT BE.

Cheers

Edit 1: The version I'm targeting is 5165 or 5017 based on player's opinions it's going to be.

I heavily wish there was enough interest in co nowadays. As much as people try to mimic the "classic" version of co, it never will be what we all remember. We've grown, we don't have the time that we used to yet we still all long for that 2006 Sunday afternoon grind. I think for me, it was the mystery of not understanding the game fully, not knowing every single detail back and forth that Conquer possesses. Unfortunately, now I do.

But, I don't mean to be a downer. Nor come off as rude.

If I could provide any insight as to what I would love to play right now - do something unique. Classic is too cliche.

Make something everyone else doesn't have. And I don't mean an entire new game in itself. Just capitalize on what TQ has given that is unused. Create your own perspective on how you think Co would be cool. Whether that is a entirely new class for debuffing or if it is your own subclass system for blacksmithing/jeweler/etc, just cook up something new.

If hosting a Conquer Online private server is something you're interesting in doing, then make it for you. You're the one who will spend the most time with the server, the most energy making it, etc. The server is only worth keeping up if you're satisfied with the results and have the drive to expand on it and watch it grow. I can't be clearer, make it for yourself first, then for others. I may wish to join as a security / architect consultant. If that interests you, let me know.

Well I know that and I'm just giving it one more try. Regarding the new ideas that's what I'm exactly looking for. I sent you a PM.
